If you decide to place a order, please send us an email with details of:
a) Product Code, Quantity, Size and Price as per picture.
b) Your name, contact number and mailing address.
Please note that shipping fees shall be borne by your good self. |

Kindly wait for our reply to confirm on stock availability and further details. |
| Step 4: |
Once your order is confirmed, please kindly make your payment within 3 working days. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled automatically. |
| Step 5: |
Follow up by SMS (+6012-612 8812 / 012-723 3008 / 012-225 6214) or Email with details of your name, transaction date & total amount made.
*Order will NOT be shipped unless we received the payment details. Thus, if you do not receive any reply from us within 24hours, kindly re-send your message again. It might be technical caused for the lost of message. |

Delivery will be made on the next working day after receiving your payment details. |

| Payment |

All transactions are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). |

You can pay us either via Online Banking, ATM Transfer, Cash Deposit Terminals or Over The Counter Direct Bank-in. |

Please take note that payment via Interbank/Giro Transfers usually takes 24 to 48 HOURS to clear. |
| 4. |
We will send you our banking details upon confirmation of order. Please make payment within 3 working days to avoid automatically cancel of your order. |

Payment clearance Monday-Friday before 2pm. Payment settled after 2pm will be considered to next business day. |

| Shipping |

We are doing COD (cash on delivery) at the time being. Buyers are to bear the shipping cost. |

All order will be shipped by PosLaju Malaysia. |
| 3. |
Postage:
- West Malaysia costs RM 6 (transit time is 1~2 working days)
- East Malaysia costs RM8 (transit time is 1~3 working days)
- Overseas postage. Please make enquiry through email |

The above postage are for 1-2 items only. Additional RM2 will be added for any single item after that. |

Once payment is confirmed, the item will be shipped out to you within the next working day. |

Each shipment comes with a tracking code. You can trace the items with the tracking code given to you at http://www.pos.com.my/v1/?c=/v1/TrackTrace/MainTrack.htm, or call up Pos Malaysia Customer Service Centre at 1300 300 300. We will not hold any further responsibility after the items have shipped out from us. |

Please ensure there is someone in the given shipping address during daytime, as PosLaju requires signature upon delivery. Otherwise, the parcel will be sent to the nearest PosLaju office and you are required to collect it yourself. |

Shipping fee is not included. Please take note that there will be a minimal charge of the shipping fee depending on the weight of the items and location of postage. |
